You may use GoGlobal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
Credits are the in-platform currency used to execute orders and AI tasks. Credits are non-refundable except in cases where an order fails through no fault of the user, in which case credits are automatically refunded. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GoGlobal and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
In no event shall GoGlobal, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
